Perm Business Analyst role - insurance, hybrid working, salary up to £80k bonus & benefits Business Analyst / Delivery / Insurance / Agile KEY SKILLS: Strong business analysis Experience of process and data mapping Previously and can demonstrate working / delivering in Agile environments Strong stakeholder management experience Excellent communication skills Ideally some project management experience THE ROLE You will join a dedicated team who are responsible for completing all analysis of IT and business change focused projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders gathering requirements to ensure several business and IT projects objectives can be delivered. THE CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have a strong business analysis background from the insurance sector (preferably with some London Markets / Commercial insurance exposure) where you can demonstrate your expertise working on business & IT projects. You will demonstrate the ability to work and deliver in Agile environments, complete your role either from a technical or business perspective based on the requirements at hand. You will be a self-starter, comfortable taking a lead role within the team and on high profile projects. Any experience where you have worked closely with 3rd party vendors, on and offshore will be highly advantageous. CLIENT INDUSTRY London Market insurance
