This is a newly created position due to growth, so you will be involved in all aspects ranging from product development, development oversight and quality assurance. You will be the go-to person in the business for product, so good communication skills are key. You will (ideally) be used to working within a SME, as you will be joining a small team and be expected to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in as required. Talking of teams, you will also manage/ coordinate a team of 3 developers, so if you can understand a bit of techie talk, that’s an added bonus Experience I am looking for: Oversee development and product workflow Requirements and user story management Testing and Quality Experience Product Direction and Documentation Client and Stakeholder Communication You may be a business analyst, who has worn the product owner cap and is looking to transition into a full product role, if so, that is great As I have mentioned they are a small team, so there is an element of flexibility with regards to start times, however the core hours have to be covered.
