We’re searching for a Principal Software Developer to join a team of four highly skilled and friendly individuals: a Team Leader and three developers. As an experienced Software Developer with deep expertise in modern development practices, cloud services, architecture, and crafting high-quality solutions, this role will see you actively contributing to hands-on software development while providing technical leadership within your team. You’ll be a democratic force within the team—knowing when to lead decisively and when to listen and encourage collaboration. You’ll make key decisions around software architecture, technology choices, and solution design, always with the understanding that achieving software excellence is a collective effort. Here, all ideas are valued, and success is shared. Tech-wise, you’ll be proficient in C#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, SQL, and various Azure platform-as-a-service components. You’ll also ensure that every piece of code you write is well-tested.
