Position: Senior Engineers (3 positions) Location: Central London, hybrid setup (2-3 days onsite, rest remote) Salary: £80,000 base 10% bonus, comprehensive benefits (Medical, Holidays, Bike to Work, etc.) About the Role: We are seeking Senior Engineers to join their dynamic team, with a clear path to grow into Principal and Staff levels. You will play a pivotal role in client-facing engagements, based primarily in Central London (zone 1 and 2). Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with product teams to develop cutting-edge platforms using Microservices architecture. Conduct thorough code reviews and create reusable templates and playbooks to drive adoption of best practices. Drive engineering excellence and influence technology adoption within client projects. Work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite presence with remote work flexibility. Requirements: Strong proficiency with a diverse tech stack including Java, Kotlin, AWS, Azure, Microservices, GraphQL, React, and Angular. Prior experience in developing platforms and a deep understanding of Microservices architecture. Proven ability to thrive in client-facing roles, fostering strong relationships and delivering impactful solutions. Passion for continuous learning and innovation, with a resilient mindset and a willingness to experiment and learn from failures. Desired Skills: Polyglot Engineers with a broad technical background and a keen interest in sustainable engineering practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
