Director of IT

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of IT to lead the technology and IT strategy for a rapidly growing organization. This senior-level position requires a strong background in managing IT operations, with particular expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) . The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly D365 F&O. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the IT department, ensuring seamless operation of all technology systems. Develop and implement IT strategies to support the business’s goals and objectives, with a focus on D365 F&O. Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT solutions with organizational needs and drive continuous improvement. Manage the implementation, optimization, and support of D365 F&O systems across finance, supply chain, and operations. Lead and mentor IT teams, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and ensure the organization remains competitive in its tech approach. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of IT systems, including D365 F&O. Partner with business units to understand their needs and deliver technical solutions that enhance performance and productivity. Key Requirements: Bilingual French & English Proven experience (8 years) in IT leadership roles, with a significant focus on D365 F&O implementation, management, and support. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with hands-on experience in system configurations and customizations. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment while balancing strategic and operational priorities. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.
