Key Priorities: Proficiency in Java, React, and AWS Experience with Salesforce development A strong focus on engineering efficiency, including knowledge of DORA metrics, DevOps methodologies, and practices like TDD or BDD An ambitious growth mindset, eager to innovate and drive change Reports directly to the Engineering Lead, working closely to align on strategic goals and drive technical excellence across the team.
