Head of Delivery

An industry leading UK-based company is looking for a Head of Delivery to join their IT leadership team as they go through an exciting period of acquisition and growth. The ideal candidate will contribute to their vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK and Ireland. With 3 direct reports and reporting into the CIO this role offers the opportunity to be an integral member of the IT Leadership team. The Head of Delivery will be accountable and responsible for delivering a multi-year programme to deploy a group-developed ERP platform across the UK. This role requires strategic leadership, effective programme management, and seamless coordination with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities: Programme Leadership Digital Transformation Strategic Planning Stakeholder Engagement Change Management Communication and Continuous Improvement Experience: Proven successes in delivery of change. Track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes. Strong leadership and management skills with cross functional teams. Understanding of change management principles and practices. This is a Hybrid role based in London.
