Senior Platform Architect

Job Title: Senior Platform Architect Location: Remote/Hybrid (2-3 per month in Kingston) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level solutions. This role requires expertise in system architecture, digital platforms, and enterprise solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities & Ideal Candidate: Lead the planning and execution of technical solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring they meet both current and future needs. Design and implement scalable and secure digital platforms, with a focus on high performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and technical specifications while staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and drive strategic solutions from inception to deployment. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior team members. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards, with a deep understanding of relevant technical and business practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable solutions. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders. Required Qualifications: University degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field. Several years of experience in IT or information security and leadership. Experience with Salesforce and Azure is required. Expertise in application/system security, privacy, and cloud environments. Knowledge of protocols such as SIEM, LDAP, Radius, SSO, VDI, Azure, and Java. Strong communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation. Salesforce Platform Developer and Technical Architect Certifications are a plus.
