Scrum Master / Technical Project Coordinator

Job Post: Scrum Master / Technical Project Coordinator (Contract) Duration: 6 months Location: Remote (Canada) We're looking for a Scrum Master with a Technical Project Management edge to help drive multiple high-impact initiatives across store launches, hardware deployments, and software rollouts. What You’ll Be Doing: Support coordination of multiple projects at once – not dedicated to a single stream. Create, prioritize, and manage Jira tickets, monitoring task progress and resolving blockers across QA, Devs, and PMs. Ensure successful delivery of backlog items. Organize tickets, build dashboards, and maintain workflow using Jira & Google Sheets. Set up and manage Agile workflows where appropriate. Build and maintain project Kanban boards for the project team. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and cross-functional tech teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment. Monitor and support resolutions across FE, BE, and hardware-related issues. Create and update status reports on progress to stakeholders. Constantly communicate in Slack – this is our central command hub. What You Bring: Knowledge of Agile practices, particularly Kanban boards. Strong experience with Jira and Confluence for coordinating across fast-moving teams. Strong communication and collaboration. Excellent status reporting using various tools. Tech-savvy - software development experience very nice to have Ability to manage quality issues while still shipping fast. Exceptional Slack communication skills – it’s your second language.
