Position: Dynamics 365, Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Analyst/BSA Location: Vaughan, ON – hybrid (3 days/week) Job Type: Permanent, full-time Our client is currently seeking a D365 Functional Analyst to assist them with their D365 implementation project. Feel free to apply if you either have D365 experience in a functional capacity or especially if you worked with D365 Finance and Operations module. Key requirements: - Experience working with D365 as a BSA, functional consultant, etc. – F&O module - Nice to have worked on a D365 migration project – if not, then post-migration support experience - Excellent communication skills as there is vendor and senior stakeholder interaction Key responsibilities: - Be responsible for meeting with end-users and doing D365 enhancements based on conducting needs analysis and GAP analysis with users—doing future-state process mapping - Train end-users on D365 - Set up the F&O reporting (customize SSRS reports in D365) - Be involved in patch management - Provide 1st and 2nd level D365 support Interested?
