Head of Impact Reporting – Quadrature Climate Foundation (QCF) Quadrature Climate Foundation (QCF) , a pioneering climate-focused foundation, is seeking a Head of Impact Reporting to join its growing team. This newly-created key role will report to the Director of Impact and Learning and will play a vital part in managing the foundation’s grantee impact reporting, supporting QCF’s mission to build a climate-resilient future for the world’s most vulnerable. QCF was founded in 2019, with a commitment to addressing the climate crisis through a science-based approach. Since its inception, QCF has committed over $1 billion to over 200 initiatives. Since coming under new leadership in 2023, QCF aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, scaling carbon removal solutions and responding to help vulnerable communities adapt to climate impacts. As the Head of Impact Reporting, your role will involve: Leading the design and implementation of QCF’s new digital Grantee Reporting solution, ensuring it is user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with QCF’s light-touch approach to reporting. Driving the use of AI tools, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), to support innovative analysis of grantee reports. Ensuring robust data collection and management processes, working closely with grantees and QCF’s internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely reporting. Providing technical input on programme-level Theories of Change and grantee KPIs, ensuring data drives impactful decision-making. Presenting data insights clearly to inform QCF strategy and external communications. The ideal Head of Impact Reporting will: Have strong experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) tools and methodologies, with a track record of developing digital reporting systems. A background in climate is preferred. Be skilled in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, with experience in AI tools like NLP. Be an excellent communicator, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for a wide range of stakeholders. Be passionate about innovation and driving climate impact and ideally have experience measuring impact and working with data from a climate perspective. This role will be based in QCF’s London offices with some hybrid working.
