They're looking looking for a Customer Retention Manager to lead their efforts in transforming customers into brand advocates. In this role, you'll focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our subscription customers while enhancing direct-to-consumer excellence. Key Responsibilities: Vision & Strategy: Define and lead customer loyalty strategies. Retention Leadership: Champion retention initiatives across teams. CRM Strategy: Develop and manage the CRM strategy and budget. Data & Insights: Lead data-driven insights to personalise communication. Team Management: Oversee and develop your team.
