Project Manager - Information Security As this clients projects become more intricate, they need an exceptional Project Manager from a solid Information Security background to drive key business results, manage risks effectively, and ensure smooth project execution. This Project Manager will take ownership of projects, driving implementation of methodologies, managing executive communication, facilitating UAT, overseeing change management, and ensuring the seamless adoption of their services. This role will involve significant collaboration across departments, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Lead diverse transformation initiatives by focusing on enhancing business processes through cutting-edge technology applications. Handle resource planning and optimization , ensuring appropriate staffing and accurate resource estimates for projects across multiple programs. Successfully manage project delivery by adhering to customer-approved scope, timelines, and budgets, while tracking success indicators such as CSAT and NPS. Develop and maintain essential project documentation , such as project charters, requirements, and comprehensive plans, ensuring transparency across all phases of the project lifecycle. Ensure high-quality project outcomes , overseeing QA and UAT to guarantee thoroughly tested deliverables prior to deployment and handover to support teams. Foster strong stakeholder relationships , providing clear and consistent communication at all levels of the organization, from internal teams to senior leadership. Oversee the change control process , ensuring that all modifications to projects are properly reviewed, approved, and signed off by key decision-makers. Work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and external vendors , driving adherence to standardised processes and tools across the organization. Track and review project progress , monitoring milestones, critical dependencies, risks, and variances in scope, budget, and timeline, while providing regular updates on project health. Drive process improvements , conducting post-project reviews and implementing feedback to refine the overall delivery approach. Proactively manage project risks , ensuring the development and implementation of mitigation strategies, and regularly reporting risk status to leadership. Own issue resolution , ensuring that all problems are swiftly addressed, with timely action plans to return projects to a “green” status. Provide regular project reports , including executive-level summaries and steering committee presentations, highlighting key achievements, risks, and escalations. Be a key driver in the PMO , encouraging the use of standardized project management methodologies, tools, and governance practices across the board. Ensure quality in project documentation , overseeing the repository of internal and external project artifacts, including executive communications, training resources, and analytics, in line with PMO standards. Support the project intake process , engaging with account management and delivery teams in early-stage planning to align on project priorities. Experience: Demonstrated success in managing complex IT projects, including mid-size to large-scale corporate transformations. At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Information Security. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and M365 technologies. Comprehensive experience of security concepts such as least privilege, network segmentation, access control lists, and just-in-time access. Experience leading cloud migration initiatives, particularly transitioning from on-premise infrastructure to cloud platforms.
