Audio Visual Technical Service Manager (Salary £40,000 - £50,000 benefits) Our Client, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Audio Visual Technical Service Manager to join their very successful and innovative team. You will be a proactive team leader, using your technical expertise and AV support experience to ensure best practice and consistency across all work and be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities: Take ownership and accountability for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Time and Materials (T&M) agreements. Act as first point of contact for all client issues, conducting fault triaging, information gathering and incidents prioritisation. Lead and manage a team of service engineers and freelancers, ensuring performance standards are met. Manage budgets and costs effectively across all Service Delivery functions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless support and service integration, scalability and flexibility Propose and implement approved changes to improve efficiency, profitability, quality, safety, and reliability. Experience / Qualifications: Strong Audio Visual technical background with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Proven experience in managing and prioritising client issues. Leadership experience in a technical support or service management role. Experience managing Service Level Agreements and Projects Strong technical knowledge of AV systems gained within a similar industry is desirable, experience in setting-up, testing, fault finding and installation of AV equipment. Strong leadership and team management skills. ECS, CSCS, SSSTS and Avixa CTS would be desirable.
