Our client, a leading IT consultancy , is looking for a motivated professional to join their dynamic team This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the UK. About Our Client: Our client, a respected IT consultancy established in 2001, partners with over 60 manufacturing and distribution companies. They specialise in implementing NetSuite ERP solutions , providing comprehensive support, and delivering custom software integrations to meet unique client needs. With a focus on reducing workplace stress and enhancing efficiency, they are dedicated to offering first-class customer service and leveraging emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead Multiple NetSuite Implementations: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones and project goals are met. Customer Engagement: Plan and conduct customer meetings, process walkthroughs, and training sessions to ensure successful adoption. Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to create and deliver tailored solutions that address customer business processes. Team Collaboration: Mentor and manage junior staff, contributing to their professional development and helping achieve team objectives. Onsite Visits: Occasionally travel to client sites across the UK to provide on-site support and deliver projects, representing our client professionally. You must have: NetSuite Expertise: Hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations, configurations, and customisations. Project Management: Strong skills in planning, executing, and leading multiple projects. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data migration, scripting, API development, and advanced Excel. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify process gaps and design effective solutions. Team Collaboration: Experience in working well within a team and mentoring junior staff. Time Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Flexibility and Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements. Client-Focused Mindset: Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships. Professionalism: Ability to represent the company professionally during client interactions. Desirable Certifications: Suite Foundation Certification Suite Administrator Certification ARM and Multibook ERP Consultant Certification A UK Driving License is ideal for occasional client site visits.
