Role: Oracle Data Conversion Lead – HCM & Payroll Job Type: Permanent Location: Belfast Are you an experienced Data Conversion Lead with a passion for Oracle Fusion ? Do you excel in ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the migration process? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our client is seeking a skilled Oracle Data Conversion Lead to join their team and play a critical role in our Oracle Fusion implementation projects . In this role, you will lead the data migration processes , including the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data for business objects in Oracle Cloud Applications. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion, especially in the HCM and Payroll domains . Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project stakeholders to define data migration requirements and strategies. Design and implement data conversion workflows from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion. Develop and execute data mapping documents , cleansing procedures, and conversion scripts. Lead ETL activities using Oracle Fusion Data Loader or similar migration tools. Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the conversion process. Troubleshoot and resolve any data migration issues or discrepancies. Document best practices and procedures for data conversion. About You: Extensive experience in data conversion and migration projects, with a focus on Oracle Fusion . Strong understanding of data migration concepts, methodologies, and best practices . Proficient in Oracle Fusion Data Loader or similar tools. Experienced in converting master and transactional data for HCM and Payroll business functions in Oracle Cloud Applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities , with a talent for collaborating across teams.
