As a graduate Cloud Support Engineer you will receive lots of training in order to become a Support specialist to improve the quality and reliability of the internal company systems while also supporting customers with cloud issues. Here are some of the responsibilities: Providing support through a dedicated help desk on infrastructure for the software development teams Performing root cause analysis (RCA) Working with developers to deploy and manage code changes (DevOps) Developing tools that manage our platform using a wide variety of programming languages Releasing development and testing environments to development teams Monitoring and evaluating the health of a SaaS platform Requirements for the role: Achieved a 2:1 or above at Bachelor’s level in a STEM subject including Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering from a top 30 UK university Excellent A-levels , minimum AAB (or equivalent) including an A in Maths Very strong communication skills Familiarity with Windows or Linux network operating systems Experience in scripting Based close to or willing to relocate to London as this is a hybrid position Excellent problem-solving skills Logical, well organised and practical Ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others Proof of a genuine interest in technology and in pursuing a career in this field. Side projects, in and outside of university or self-taught coding skills for example would be beneficial A starting salary of £33,000 - £35,000 p.a. is offered, as well as competitive benefits and an option to work remotely up to 3 days a week.
