User Experience Researcher

User Experience Researcher - Mobile Telecoms - Contract to end of the year. Reading/hybrid - 2 days/week in the office Role falls inside IR35 Role: Lead and undertake UX activities within an app focused team aligned to the Digital UX function. Providing Insight and Reporting on Research & usability based UX Practices aligned to the outcomes defined within the project. Providing Wireframes and journey flows based on insight and research. Appropriate attendance and contribution to all project ceremonies. Support in the creation of journey flows and designs within Figma. Be a champion of a Customer first view on usability and accessibility. Provide Prototypes (low & high fidelity) to support fast paced user testing. Support Development by using pragmatism and collaboration to provide options of solutions for challenges. Undertake Research and User Testing based on App team’s backlog, providing detailed reports based on the findings. Create User Flows and wireframes for prioritised journeys using designated tools, based on Brand and The Design System. Provide expertise and insight for all usability and accessibility needs within the project. Support the Digital Designers by creating high fidelity prototypes of flows and journeys in designated tools. Deep knowledge of foundational research is essential for this role, they will need to get beneath the “WHY” of user behaviours and look to change the norm. Mobile Apps experience is essential. Must be a strong champion of the customer and user, really focused on the quality for the customer and finding the best optimal solution from delivery. Must have experience in working with developers, designers, product owners.
