Key Responsibilities of the CAD Design Specialist: CAD Management: Maintain and develop CAD libraries, ensuring drawing standards are met, and supporting our suppliers in delivering high-quality products. Digital Transformation: Play a key role in implementing exciting initiatives such as Digital Twin, using cutting-edge technology to create 3D representations of our sites. Guidance Development: Assist in creating and updating national and project-specific design guidance documents, ensuring consistency across all teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on design standards. Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on design matters, working closely with our cross-functional teams to identify risks, opportunities, and innovative solutions. The successful CAD Design Specialist will have: Solid knowledge of the telecoms industry and CAD systems. Experience in telecoms engineering or the broader telecommunications industry (5 years preferred). HND or higher qualification in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft and Autodesk products, and a proactive approach to digital transformation.
