On behalf of our client, Progression3 is in search of an Business Analyst with expertise in D365 Finance and Operations - Warehousing for a permanent role. Employment type: full-time, permanent Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects, with a focus on Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Strong experience in the Sales and Marketing, TMS, Warehouse modules within D365 F&O. Proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects in production environments. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements. Translate business requirements into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including configuration and design for module integration. Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics ERP to enhance business processes while resolving complex situations and handling operational escalations. Identify and conduct required testing, including defining/supporting acceptance testing and gathering feedback from pre-release testers. Participate in each phase of full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics implementations and organize working sessions with different stakeholders and team members. Provide user training and documentation on specific solutions to ensure effective use of systems. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure effective implementation and integration with other systems. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related software applications. Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. Conduct business process analysis and identify key areas for improvement.
