Join a dynamic and growing electronics manufacturer as a Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of an innovative product range. Based near Colchester you'll oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development to market launch and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs and market demands. If you're passionate about product management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Key Duties include but are not limited to: Align product vision with company goals and market demands, shaping strategy, direction, and positioning Create business cases for planning and resource allocation Maintains a roadmap that aligns with business and customer goals Prioritize product features based on customer needs, business value, and stakeholder input, guiding development decisions Oversee product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life Provide technical guidance and stay updated on industry trends Ensure product meets user and stakeholder needs, incorporating feedback from acceptance testing Communicate product vision, strategy, and capabilities to executives, clients, and other key stakeholders Collaborate across teams, ensuring alignment for successful product launches and continuous improvements. Apply a structured, feedback-driven approach to enhance the product over time Monitor KPIs to assess product success and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
