Senior Software Engineer Dorking - Three times a week in the office £55,000-£65,000 I’m currently working with a market leading insurance company who are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team in Dorking The company have been going for over 30 years and are a really well-known business within their respective sector and work with some of the world’s leading partners & brokers within the industry. They are looking to expand their development team to support in evolving their tech stack into a more API driven domain with a variety of greenfield projects launching this year. This forms a new, modern branch to the business which sits parallel to their main product suite. You’ll be building APIs from scratch, working with .Net Microservices in a Cloud based environment. The company are based in Dorking and require office working of 3 times a week. Key Responsibilities: Work on Greenfield projects for all internal and external APIs. Champion the Agile best working practices throughout the team. Build web-applications using .Net in an Azure based environment. Collaborating with the development team to analyse system requirements, design and implement effective software solutions. Testing and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Technical Requirements: Commercial experience with C# & .Net. Confident working with APIs. Core Skills: C#, .Net Core, Microservices, Azure, APIs, Agile, SQL. Bonus Skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.
