Role : 3rd Line Support Engineer Location : Chertsey - Hybrid - 2/3 days per week onsite Salary : £48,000 £5,000 car allowance & overtime available We are looking to hire a 3rd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis . You will be joining a small team that helps to develop and advance their customer solutions offering and support the direction they embark on. This role is due to internal promotions and they offer hybrid working with visits onsite to their Chertsey based offices 3 days per week. For the successful 3rd Line Support Engineer our client is offer a salary of up to £48,000 £5,0000 car allowance and opportunities to earn overtime. The role is responsible for providing support to the ongoing transformation of the cloud journey. You will help to keep the in-house systems up to date and work closely as a point of escalation for 2nd line team members. Skills & Responsibilities: 3rd line support of M365 and in-house O365 cloud experience Good understanding of ITIL methodology Experience with Change Management 3rd Line administration of Windows Servers Support of VMWare, Active Directory and policy management Experienced with Microsoft Exchange Experience working in single tenant multi-domain environment Implementation and migration experience is a bonus Experience with Meraki and Cisco is also a bonus With a 2 stage interview process they are looking for hire quick.
