We are currently seeking a Senior Change and Training Consultant to join our consultancy client to build their change & training capability to support a portfolio of clients across UK and Europe. As part of a team of 30, the largest change and training unit within the business, you will play a critical role in shaping the delivery of change and training initiatives across the OCM framework. You will manage the change journey for all impacted stakeholders within the assigned Client environments. At the same time, there is an opportunity to bring ideas and innovation to the table, contributing to evolving and shaping their ways of working. Skills and Experience: Strong track record of delivering SAP implementations Consultancy background Must have experience delivering both organisational change and training Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving Benefits: Competitive salary £80,000-£90,000 (dependent on experience) Bonus, pension scheme and significant number of days holidays Mostly remote working (Some travel needed at times dependent on client requirements)
