Our client keeps a continuous focus on offering high performance and cutting-edge products and solutions for medical imaging, non-destructive testing and X-ray security systems. The company is seeking highly motivated, creative professionals with strong backgrounds in HV Power Electronics, Power Management technologies and applications. Chief Engineer The Chief Engineer will advance the power electronics technology roadmap from a system viewpoint that supports both the existing company product lines and enable expansion to the next generation of products. Working independently, the successful candidate will lead project execution and delivery as Project Leader or SME depending on specifics of each assignment. Candidates must have a general knowledge of all core fields of power conversion, electronics, electromagnetics, controls hardware, firmware and software. Master’s degree or equivalent (Ph.D preferred) in Electrical Engineering coupled with 15 years experience and 7 years leading a engineering team in a global company, HV X-ray power conversion experience highly desired. Sr High Voltage Power Electronics Engineer and Hardware Engineer Responsibilities range from designing and developing power conversion and control circuits, component selection, bread-boarding , testing, problem solving and system integration. Position requires a background in Power Electronics topologies, High Voltage Multipliers and applications. High Voltage X-Ray power conversion technology experience is highly desired. BSEE degree coupled with 7 years of hands on product development in power conversion and 5 years leading an engineering team in product design/development of AC to DC Solid State Power Conversion. Director, Embedded Systems Engineering The successful candidate will provide oversight of all Embedded Systems development activities and associate R&D. Oversight of all firmware and software design for sophisticated high voltage power supplies. This includes languages such as C, Verilog, VHDL, Assembly, C#,VB6, Java and and WPF, as well as firmware development based on RTOS. BSEE with 15years of hands-on experience in product development within the power conversion and management field. 7 years leading an engineering team in a global company desired. Systems Engineer We are seeking Electrical Engineers who combine experience in insulation materials, systems and techniques and general knowledge of Power Converters. Experience designing switch mode power supplies is a plus. Proficient in requirements development, verification, and validation for power conversion or power electronics systems.
