SAP OTC Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst with a focus on the Bio/Pharma industry to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with business users and technical teams to drive enhancements, document functional designs, and support SAP system optimization. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in SAP Pricing, Billing, and Life Sciences compliance to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business users to manage incidents and enhancement requests.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, test cases, and results.
• Identify and propose business process improvements and system enhancements.
• Serve as a liaison between business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc user support and training as needed.
• Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing for system enhancements.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Execute project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) for application lifecycle management.
• Assess emerging SAP technologies and their impact on business needs.
• Continuously improve development and documentation practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst, with a focus on the Life Sciences industry.
• Strong expertise in Pricing and Billing processes.
• Experience with S4 HANA solutions is required.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards (GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write business requirements and present solutions.
• Experience with business process modeling and process improvement.
• Agile methodology knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a major plus.
