A proud brand that sits as a part of a wider software and technology vendor, working with a number of leading brands and household names such as Chelsea FC, McLaren, BMW, and many more. The Role: The Customer Support and Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer experiences and supporting sales operations. An exciting hybrid role that combines customer support with sales administration, making it ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented, task focused and outgoing individual who thrives on both customer interaction and a holistic approach. A Snapshot of what we are looking for: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, IT, or a related field preferred, but relevant work experience is highly valued. Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Saleforce) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Comfortable in using cloud based software and services. Proficient in using and organising team meetings in Microsoft Teams or the willingness to do learn Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal teams. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Sales Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities with a customer-focused mindset. Comfortable supporting the sales process from initial inquiry to finalising orders. Demonstrates a friendly, consultative, professional approach that aligns with the values of honest, open interaction in supporting customer to a decision rather than a high-pressured, old-school sales approach. Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker who can navigate challenges with creativity and resourcefulness. Team Player: A collaborative attitude with a willingness to support both the customer support and sales teams as needed. Actively looking for customer feedback or emerging trends to be fed back on into the marketing department. This is an on-site position, so applicants will need to be either within a commutable distance or willing to relocate.
