Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and supports the development of electric vehicles. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. Enterprise Architecture: Design and maintain a scalable and flexible enterprise architecture that supports the integration of various systems and applications. Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for technology adoption and implementation. Ensure alignment between the enterprise architecture and business strategy. Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of various technologies, including mobile applications, websites, vehicle configurators, APIs, digital cockpits, HMIs, loyalty platforms, data analytics systems, and security solutions. Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability between different systems. Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements and ensure that products align with the overall enterprise architecture. Provide guidance on technology selection, design, and development. Data Management: Develop strategies for data management, including data governance, quality, and security. Implement data analytics tools and techniques to extract valuable insights from data. Security and Compliance: Ensure that the technology landscape complies with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO/SAE 21434. Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems. Cloud Adoption: Evaluate and recommend cloud platforms and services that align with the company's business needs and strategic goals. Develop a cloud migration strategy and oversee the implementation of cloud-based solutions. Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance the company's products and services. Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the organization. Qualifications Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or a similar role in the automotive or electric vehicle industry. Deep understanding of technology trends and best practices in the automotive sector. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms, data management, and integration technologies. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
