Test Analyst

Job Title: Transition Test Analyst Location: Onsite - Salisbury Contract Duration: Until 28/02/25 Day Rate: £369.65 (PAYE through Umbrella) Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Transition Test Analyst to join our team onsite in Salisbury. In this role, you will support the Test Manager in the planning, development, and execution of transition testing, ensuring service readiness and alignment with contractual requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects within the public sector, with a focus on defence-related testing. Key Responsibilities: Test Execution: Assist the Test Manager in executing planned testing phases, including Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), Supplier Onboarding, and Service Transition Testing. Test Deliverables: Collaborate in the development, review, and approval of key Transition Test Deliverables such as Test Strategy, Test Plans, Scenarios, Cases, Scripts, and Test Output Reports. Compliance: Ensure that all testing activities adhere to the customer's contractual requirements, following the Test Schedule and related policies and procedures. Customer Collaboration: Work closely with the Test Manager and the customer’s Test Lead to align testing efforts with customer expectations and requirements Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in test execution, with a solid understanding of test tools and methodologies. Strong background in Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) and Acceptance Testing. Experience in defect management, including tracking, reporting, and resolution. Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies. Familiarity with public sector or defence environments is highly desirable. Excellent customer management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Why Join Us?
