Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Customer Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers, helping them leverage the full potential of Microsoft’s Power Platform and SharePoint solutions. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint. Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint (both online and on-premises). Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and applications using Power Platform and SharePoint. Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower customers and internal teams with the knowledge and skills to effectively use Power Platform and SharePoint. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Power Platform and SharePoint. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting guides. Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint (online and on-premises). Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator) are a plus. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
