Principal NetSuite Consultant

PeerSource is currently recruiting for a Principal NetSuite Consultant on a Direct Hire basis. This role can be based remotely from anywhere in Canada. Summary This person will join a leading NetSuite consulting firm who will play a key leadership role within a growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced functional consultant who brings strategic thinking, deep product expertise, and a proven track record of driving high-impact NetSuite implementations—particularly within wholesale distribution and manufacturing environments. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to design scalable solutions, optimize business processes, and mentor others within the practice. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations, particularly within manufacturing and wholesale distribution environments. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and designing solutions that align with their goals. Architect, configure, and optimize NetSuite modules including WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, WIP & Routing, and other advanced tools. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop implementation strategies, project plans, and best practices. Guide clients through complex requirements and provide creative, scalable solutions that maximize the NetSuite platform. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic client engagements, ensuring successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the practice through knowledge sharing and leadership. Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in the NetSuite ecosystem to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills 5 years of NetSuite consulting experience, including multiple full-cycle implementations. Proven success designing and delivering NetSuite solutions in manufacturing and distribution industries. Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite modules including WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, WIP & Routing, and custom workflows. Strategic thinker with experience in solution architecture and client-facing leadership. Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex business environments, and deliver measurable results. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; NetSuite certifications are a plus.
