Infrastructure Engineer

Infrastructure Engineer | Bristol | £36,000-£45,000 Peaple Talent has partnered with a growing technology company to recruit for an Infrastructure Engineer. This is an exciting role to join a growing, culture-led company where you will be responsible for handling complex incidents, providing technical support and maintaining clients’ infrastructure. You will have some involvement in projects, but this role is predominantly a support-based position. The successful candidate will be well-versed in M365 suite, Azure, Windows Server and Cisco networking. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be onsite in their Bristol offices 2 days a week. The Role: Provide 3rd line support, managing complex incident and resolving problems Act as an escalation point to 2nd line team Be able to coach and mentor junior colleagues Ensure that documentation is accurate and kept up to date The Candidate: Previous experience of providing 3rd line support within a fast-paced environment Excellent understanding of M365 suite, Azure and Windows Server Knowledge of Cisco Meraki Team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic Excellent customer service skills The Package: Basic salary: £36 ,000 - £45,000 per annum Pluralsight training - excellent opportunities for reskilling Opportunities for paid certification Paid social activities and charity work opportunities Genuine progression routes into Cyber or Projects teams Interested?
