We are looking for a capable senior paralegal to join our team supporting a major telecoms company on a significant deal. The role will endure for at least 6 months, starting as soon as possible. You will: undertake project management and reporting tasks track down required information from numerous individuals and locations, and summarise key legal aspects carry out some commercial contract drafting, with suitable instruction fit comfortably into a dynamic and fast-moving team be assertive, display a strong work ethic and a can-do mentality assimilate information quickly in order to get up to speed on the project Our client's team is located in different offices. Accordingly this role can be carried out remotely, although at least occasional attendance in the office in either Bristol, London or Manchester would be beneficial.
