The Role Are you a DevOps Consultant looking for an opportunity to support a growing development team? We are seeking a problem solver with strong technical skills who can resolve conflicts and errors , optimize CI/CD pipelines, and enhance system reliability. You should have the technical expertise to troubleshoot deployment and operational issues and support an efficient software delivery process. What You’ll Do Support the development team by managing CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure , ensuring seamless software delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve system conflicts, errors, and performance issues while optimizing cloud infrastructure for scalability and reliability . Automate workflows and continuously improve DevOps best practices, utilizing tools like Git. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between DevOps and development, ensuring smooth integration and operational excellence. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide expert recommendations. Maintain high standards through deployment solution reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Salesforce best practices . Stay current with the latest DevOps trends, Salesforce features, and industry best practices to keep our solutions cutting-edge. Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables , providing a seamless and efficient development experience. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a DevOps role with a strong knowledge of Salesforce. Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD; bonus points for familiarity with IDX and/or VBT Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Ability to troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and enhance development workflows . Experience in Agile development environments , supporting iterative and efficient software delivery. Excellent stakeholder communication skills , with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud is preferred. Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). Salesforce Admin Certification would be preferred. Why Join Us?
