Position: Junior Software Developer Full-Time Remote We are seeking professionals to join the team immediately within two weeks of interview. The Jr. Software Developer role is an entry-level position designed to enable individuals into becoming independent Software Developers/Consultants through independent and team-based trainings, close supervision and positive mentorship. The Jr. Software Developer will work alongside experienced Developers/Consultants and will use their trainings to perform the following job duties: Research tools and technologies that will be implemented and integrated in projects to understand scope and functionality Attend meetings where business requirements are analyzed and best solutions/recommendations are discussed Participate in the creation and execution of data management solutions and data pipeline frameworks Make modifications to technical design documentation as requested Perform technical deliverables and complete assignments in fast-paced projects Job Expectations & Goals: Flexibility and understanding that job duties may change from time to time Willingness to complete on-the-job training and evaluation Go-getter personality with ability to work well both independently and as a team member.
