Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager Location: London (Hybrid 1-2 days a week onsite) Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 We are excited to partner with an emerging startup in the climate-tech space who are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager. The company has a key focus on creating innovative solutions in the energy space, their technology is excelling large-scale commercials to becoming net zero. As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainability initiatives by developing and implementing the product roadmap towards business goals. You'll collaborate closely with clients to understand the customers needs and market trends and offer expert guidance on enhancing the products performance. Your Responsibilities: Ownership of the complete product lifecycle from 0-1. Work closely with the engineering, sales, marketing and operations team to ensure the product is aligned across all areas. Follow key market demands and customers needs, adapt the product roadmap to fit. Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver the products proposition and value to customers. Devise strategies for scaling product deployment, including supply chain and vendor management. Requirements: 3 years' experience in Product Management. Proven startup experience. Proven experience developing hardware technology or scaling physical products. Vast experience managing multiple projects, ability to be adabtable when needed. Strong skills in clear communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in the climate tech, green-tech or relevant field. Educational background in science, sustainability or environmental space.
