Technical Architect

Project Overview Our government client is seeking an Intermediate/Senior Technical Architect to support the Business Solution Center (BSC) in delivering enterprise-wide digital solutions that meet regulatory mandates. This role will focus on license management, security configuration, platform governance, and compliance , ensuring optimized and secure Power Platform adoption across the organization. Responsibilities: License Management & Optimization: Analyze and optimize licensing for Power Apps Premium, Power Automate Premium, Power BI, Fabric, and D365 . Establish licensing best practices and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for license tracking. Security & Governance Configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and security groups (licenses, environments, teams). Define and implement Power Platform guardrails to ensure compliance. Technical Implementation Assess and deploy data gateway requirements, including installation, configuration, and architecture design. Develop high-level technical architecture diagrams for gateways and D365 -to-model-driven app conversions. Create and execute a migration plan for transitioning from D365 to model-driven applications. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with system owners, SMEs, and IT teams to align solutions with business needs. Deliver weekly status reports and maintain clear documentation. Mandatory Qualifications Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Security Clearance: Active Reliability Clearance (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Fabric). License management, DLP policies, and security configurations. Data gateway setup and architecture design. D365 and model-driven app development.
