As part of your Oneteam Based in Montreal, you will be responsible for supporting the sales teams in their added-value initiatives, in particular through in-depth technical knowledge, with the goal of developing sales activity for Canada and Latin America. Proactive and passionate about sales and IT, you will work as part of a team with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities Answer tender requests in line with a sales engineer; Analyze customer needs; Design the most suitable technical offer in conjunction with the technical teams; Formalize tender response processes; Accompany key account sales representatives to the customer to provide support and a technical vision of the company's offer; Answer customers' questions and reassure them with relevant technical arguments; Give technical demonstrations and product presentations to customers, decision-makers and/or users; Keep abreast of technological developments on the market; Participate in trade shows, conferences and events to enhance market knowledge; Give credibility to the company's offering by providing expertise in the development of new products or the improvement of existing ones; Report on use cases and share experience in the field. Skills required At least 5 years' experience in a similar pre-sales role Technical mastery of hosting and cloud computing solutions Good knowledge of sales techniques and cycle sales Ability to build complex offers Natural curiosity and ability to innovate and propose new sales strategies Passion for new technologies and dynamic markets Open and dynamic personality with a strong customer orientation Taste for teamwork Good command of French, advanced English and Spanish to ensure effective communication with customers in Quebec, Canada and Latin America.
