Service Deployment Program Manager

Role: Service Deployment Program Manager Duration: 12 Month Contract Day Rate: Up to £580 per day (Inside) Location: Remote with occasional travel to client sites Summary My client is seeking an experienced Service Deployment Program Manager with proven leadership experience and strong technical abilities to lead and manage the deployment of the company’s platform in on-premises environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery, from the creation of RACIs, building network diagrams, developing test plans, and ensuring the project aligns with client requirements. The role is being offered as a remote position with occasional travel to customer sites (expenses paid for). Role and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain RACIs Create and implement test plans Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency Network diagram design and development to support platform deployments whilst ensuring it complies with security standards Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Technical Skills Needed: Network architecture and design Various on-prem deployment models and technologies Knowledge about API integration and DevOps Creation of RACIs and test plans Soft Skills Required: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and written skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
