1st/2nd Line Support Engineer | Stratford-Upon-Avon | Up to £26k | O365 | VMware | Azure The Role This role is based out of the Stratford office and is with one of the UKs leading MSPs. Within the role you’ll have opportunity to tackle a range of technical issues covering 1st, 2nd and some 3rd Line duties. The role gives you the opportunity to pick up skills in a range of different areas from virtualization and servers through to Networking and the cloud. Given the MSP nature, it’ll be fast paced environment, but this will only aid you in picking up new skills and developing your career. Your day-to-day will consist of the following · Installing, maintaining, configuring and supporting the infrastructure and systems · Efficiently resolving technical incidents and problems · Play a pivotal role in a range of different projects of both a medium and large scale nature · Support and coach more junior members of the team · Develop and produce high quality IT documentation, following the correct procedures · Orchestrate and initiate changes to infrastructure systems Technology you’ll be working with · Microsoft Server: MS Server, MS Clustering, AD, Group Policy · Virtualization: VMware, ESXi, Hyper-V, vSphere · Server Hardware: HPE & Dell Servers · Citrix XenApp · Microsoft Azure · Office 365 · Backup Technologies: Veeam Backup, Replication · TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP · PowerShell · SAN (HPE) 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer | Stratford-Upon-Avon | Up to £26k | O365 | VMware | Azure
