Purpose of the role: Due to the expansion of the Global CRM team we are looking for CRM Training & Support Specialist. You will take on a dual role, assisting with SFMC training & support requirements as we progress through global SFMC rollout and transformation project, and working to advance Oriflame existing utilization of SFMC platform via AI and operational efficiencies. What will you do? Support the Training manager delivering training and support as we roll out of SFMC to Oriflame’s international markets. Drive innovation and efficiency into Oriflames’ working processes and practices, introduce new ways of working supporting advanced utilization of SFMC functionality. Support with championing new innovations that influence efficiency and enable to achieve enhanced results regionally and locally . Develop training and support materials that can be easily understood. Work closely with global and market teams on journey building projects – champion the use of advanced SFMC capabilities support the incorporation of new ways of working. Support the review of email journeys and campaigns, comparing performance against targets and using new techniques. Your background and your qualifications: Fluent English. Expertise in HTML, SQL, AMPscript and JavaScript with experience working with. Advanced SFMC user – expertise in driving innovation into working processes and practices. Strong understanding of CRM KPI’s and principles, journey development methodology. Experience and expertise in training, developing training materials and supporting newer users in the use, optimisation and utilisation of SFMC. Excellent communication skills. Expertise in managing a complex workload with multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently. Strong work ethic and team orientation. Knowledge of direct selling a plus. Willingness to work flexibly to accommodate varying time-zones. What do we offer?
