Opus are supporting one of the longest servicing & renowned Elite ServiceNow partners who are building out their practice in the UK. Primarily based in the US & continuing to thrive resulting in the current build out of their new UK practice under the leadership of a dynamic new VP and Director of Sales with a Practice Lead driving the delivery function for new & exiting clients On behalf of our client, We are on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Presales Specialist to drive growth and success in the UK market. If you have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and presenting technical solutions to demonstrate to clients, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Provide best practice recommendations for ServiceNow implementations to clients Support sales discovery conversations and assist with technical and functional inquiries during pre-sales activities Lead initial scoping sessions to outline potential engagements. Scope and estimate project levels of effort Demonstrate solutions to complex audiences, including technical experts and C-Level leaders, using strong communication and presentation skills Provide detailed project scope information to delivery teams Assist in preparing Rough Order of Magnitude estimates and Statements of Work Revise and update ROMs and SOWs as needed. Create and review business agreements and contracts Maintain current certifications and stay updated on all Delta releases Required Skills/Experience: At least 5 years of ServiceNow work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in ServiceNow Presales Experience capturing and documenting complex business processes in areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD Demonstrated technical proficiency with ServiceNow Required ServiceNow Sales Accreditations (Platform, ITSM, and at least one other specialist area; a total of 6 preferred) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications Self-motivated and disciplined professional with a proven track record in managing multiple complex tasks Excellent time management and organizational skills with a creative problem-solving approach Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with customers and all levels of the business Commitment to continuous learning of service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies
