Using tools such as Hyperledger Besu, and Solidity you'll need to have a good understanding of Cryptography, and a passion for Blockchain. On the tech side of things, they're using C#, Python, JS, Azure, GCP so someone with a Dev turned DevOps capability would really suit this one.
