Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issues, and resolutions. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in application support, with a strong background in Java programming. Proven experience in the retail industry, with a deep understanding of retail operations and challenges. Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving issues. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
