This Opportunity We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Innovative Product Support (IPS) team. Our team is composed of dedicated professionals committed to exceeding expectations through the development and enhancement of cutting-edge products for Opus and our clients. We strive to deliver unparalleled service within a well-organized, transparent framework, focusing on maximizing return on investment. Key Responsibilities: Bug Fixes & Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve issues related to our web portals, such as layout inconsistencies or functional errors. Address user-reported issues promptly and effectively. Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with team members to support the development and customization of basic web tools. Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and updates to Product Managers and stakeholders. Document workflows, minor technical updates, and troubleshooting procedures to streamline future maintenance. Portal Development Assist in maintaining and enhancing Opus' existing web portals with maintenance development tasks. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for updates to both front-end and back-end components. Ensure portals maintain optimal performance, responsiveness, and page speed for a seamless user experience. Support the launch of new features by developing user guides, creating external-facing examples, and preparing sales demonstration data. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field. 2 years of experience in an analyst or support role. Experience working with databases, particularly MySQL. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with project management software, particularly ClickUp Please note that this is a fully remote position, and we are focusing recruitment efforts on candidates in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
