Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop instructional materials Managing projects to ensure timely delivery of training materials Conducting gaps and needs analysis and retrieving information to come up with suggestions Writing and designing clear, engaging content for various learning platforms Implementing effective instructional strategies and simplifying complex concepts Developing training programs that align with organizational goals Evaluating and improving the effectiveness of training programs What you bring to the job You come with strong project management skills and are effective in presentations. You also come with: Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience in instructional design Excellent written and verbal communication skills Expert education skills Experience with content development for diverse audiences Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Rujeeka Manoharan.
