CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR FULL-TIME REMOTE Salary up to $49K Are you skilled in client service and supplier support? Are you able to be a liaison between corporate partners and suppliers? You will: Report to the Supplier Engagement Lead. Manage supplier communications including phone calls and emails. Answer and resolve supplier inquiries. Organize supplier documents and information. Follow-up on missing files, documents, or information for supplier records. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support event planning and coordination activities. Assist with preparing event-related materials. Review and interpret financial statements. Other tasks as assigned. What you bring to the job The ideal candidate is a strong, detail-oriented relationship builder and self-starter with a strong skillset in administration and coordination. You also have the following qualities: Relevant post-secondary education Experience in administration or coordination Experience with client services and/or supplier support Experience managing communications with over 500 clients/customers/etc. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Strong organizational and time management skills Accountability and ability to work independently Sense of initiative and a proactive work ethic Able to balance multiple tasks and priorities Proficiency in MS Office programs Experience with Salesforce would be an asset Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Rhiannon Bodman.
