You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects that enhance our operations, technology, and client services. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects across various departments, including Operations, Technology and Development, Marketing, and Client services. Oversee and coordinate team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with project objectives and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Work closely with internal stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track. Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate project updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment. Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed. Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management. Qualifications 3 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, consulting, or a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar). A problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution and results. Knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, or fintech is a plus.
