PHP Developer – Mid-Level Web Developer (PHP/Laravel) Location: Hybrid, Bradford Salary: Up to £40K - DEO We are currently seeking a Mid-Level PHP Developer with solid experience in Laravel on behalf of our client, a leading digital solutions provider. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge web applications in a hybrid role, based on-site in Bradford with the flexibility of remote work. As part of the team, you'll play a key role in developing high-quality web solutions, working alongside skilled developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers. Key Responsibilities: Web Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using PHP and Laravel , ensuring high performance and scalability. Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards. Database Management : Design and manage database schemas using MySQL or other relational databases. API Development : Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with various front-end systems and third-party services. Team Collaboration : Work closely with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing innovative solutions to technical challenges. Stay Updated : Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the development process. Requirements: Experience : 3 years in web development, with a focus on PHP and Laravel . Technical Skills : Proficient in PHP , Laravel , HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , and jQuery . Experience with Vue.js or React is a plus. Database Expertise : Strong knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases. Version Control : Experience with Git or other version control systems. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
