Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong background in blockchain development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and related infrastructure using the Rust programming language. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement core components of blockchain infrastructure using Rust. Develop smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) for platforms like Solana, Polkadot/Substrate, or Near Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and other developers Optimize performance and ensure the security of blockchain protocols Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain documentation Stay up to date with blockchain trends and evolving technologies Required Skills & Experience: 8 years of professional experience in Rust development experience. Solid understanding of blockchain concepts: consensus algorithms, cryptography, P2P networking, etc. Hands-on experience with at least one Rust-based blockchain ecosystem (e.g., Solana, Substrate, Near) Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment processes Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Preferred Qualifications: Contributions to open-source blockchain projects Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm) Knowledge of Solidity or other smart contract languages Experience working in agile development environments
